Celebration without reaching my sleep goal

All of a sudden the app is awarding me green stars for nights where I have NOT reached my sleep goal.

The stars do not show up on the website, only in the app and, so far, only for yesterday and today. Previous weeks (i.e. before 17 Feb) only award green stars for nights where I have actually achieved my sleep goal.

Could this please be fixed ASAP!

I don't understand how this happens, there was no app update.

Hi @tiuri, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, welcome back!

Thanks for your post and sharing some details with me, seems odd that the Fitbit app is behaving in such way. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Does this occur with sleep only or with other stats too? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions, I'll be around.

Mine's been doing this every since I bought it in December.

Just rebooted my Fitbit and phone yesterday. And yes I've tried everything in your list.

Android 10

Fitbit Ver 3.16
