Challenge not updating steps

My Steps are updating but not in my chair L challenge the last time it updated was 17hrs ago. I have logged out restarted, forced closed. Restated fitbit I don't know what else to do any suggestions

Hello there @Shopkins72 and thanks for stopping by in our community. It will depend of what type of challenge you are referring. But for those challenges that are exclusively of the Fitbit app, make sure you are not logging your steps as manual activities. At this time only steps recorded directly from by tracker will count for you challenges. You can learn more about this in our article: "Challenges FAQ"

It is through fitbit app I never log my steps manually it cut me short about 400o steroids on saturdayv

Thank you @Shopkins72 for sharing that you're not logging manual activities. Have you attempted to restart the tracker and perform a force sync? Steps may not have fully synced to our database and you may be viewing the mobile app dashboard in Live Data Mode. (Live data mode would show the word "connected" under your tracker tile).
