The challenge steps for the workweek hustle are not syncing between my charge HR and S7 phone. They appear on my dashboard just not in the challenge. I've tried all the tricks that I can find on the internet and help forums. I reset my phone, my Bluetooth, my charge HR. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it. I've logged out and logged back in. I've made sure that I'm in the same time zone as the creator of the challenge group. My Bluetooth and location settings are on and not paired to anything else. I've made sure that there are no available updates for my phone and charge HR. I've had my charge HR since 2015. I stopped using it about a year ago for this reason. Please help provide instruction on how to fix this. I would love to use this product again.

Since you haven't used it in a year, did you try doing a restart of the device a few times?

Yes, I reset the fitbit a couple times and installed all the updates in between. I'm not sure if it helps but the steps were not syncing last year when I was using it either and I'd hoped it would have been worked out over time.

Sounds like you've done a lot to get it going again. Did you enable the location on the phone, which Android wants used in order to sync?

I did see the article and I'm not able to sync on the computer because the challenge doesn't show up anywhere.
I finally have steps showing up in the challenge group however they are not accurate. My steps show about 14000 bit should be around 40000.
