Hi - I've recently joined a challenge on my app but it is reporting the number of steps as 0. However, the FitBit app itself is correctly showing my daily step count. How do I get the challenge to sync up?

Welcome to the Fitbit family @baldgeezer! Sometimes this happens when the timezone of the person that created the challenge is different than yours. If this is not the case, I recommend that you force quit your Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
