Why do not make the change 3 sync with the Samsung Galaxy a7

Let me help you with your Charge 3 not syncing. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

hi thanks for the info , there is only problem with syncing to my phone is texts and emails etc...this rest of the information syncs to my phone i.e steps, sleep etc
