I've been trying unsuccessfully to replace my old Sense 2 watch with my new Pixel Watch 2. I go thru all the steps, get to the point where I'm ask if I want to replace my Sense 2, I say yes, then nothing. I get a black screen with a circle that keeps rotating. I don't understand why I'm having so much difficulty as it has never been an issue before. I'm wondering if its because it is a Google watch?
Hi, @Poodlemama, welcome. Can you confirm you've downloaded the Pixel Watch app and set up your Pixel Watch? Check the Pixel watch is up to date by navigating to the Play Store app on the watch>swipe up until you reach manage apps>you will now see any waiting updates.

Thanks for your response. After much frustration, I was finally able to get my Pixel Watch 2 up and running. Now, I'm still unable to get my Fitbit app to allow me to replace my Sense 2 with the Pixel 2. Suggestions?

Best AnswerThe Pixel is operating to a point, counting steps, notifications, heart rate, weather, etc., but I'm unable to login.
Where I'm stuck: After going thru all the steps, I get to the screen: Replace (Sense 2) with Google Pixel Watch 2?
Then I'm offered a choice of Not Now or Replace. When I click on Replace and all that happens is the screen goes black and a circle keeps rotating and nothing happens, no matter how much time I give it.
I suppose the next step would be to somehow find another way to disconnect the Sense 2 so I can replace it with the Pixel. But how?
Best AnswerHello @Poodlemama
When you tap the device icon in the upper left of the Today page, that takes you to the Connected to Fitbit page.
If you're still having problems connecting your Pixel Watch to the Fitbit app, try clearing the cache for the Fitbit app on your phone, followed by Force stop. Then, try connecting your Pixel Watch to your Fitbit app.
