I have unpaired my old Charge2, removed all pairings of both Charge 2 from Android phone Bluetooth, added the new Charg2 to Bluetooth, uninstalled and reinstalled the App, plugged the charger to the wall while doing so, plugged it into the computer, and tried while not plugged into anything . . . all Multiple times . . . Nothing is happening! Always comes back "Not working?" I no longer have any other tracker near me, the one I do have is the replacement I just received yesterday, and I am tired/frustrated to no end that I am unable to sync it to the app on my phone. Any advise?? Thank you!

In your smartphone, with your Bluetooth turned off,
1) Go to your Setting >Application Manager > Fitbit App
2) Clear Cache and Clear Data and Uninstall
3) Reinstall the app, and allow the app to turn on your smartphone's Bluetooth when prompted
In your fitbit app, go to your device, and:
1) Turn ON All-Day Sync
2) Turn OFF Always Connected phone support
