Charge 2 Sleep Tracker

After 20 days/nights getting frustrated as Charge 2 not showing sleep stages.  Only had 3 readings.  Have read help posts.  Saw that in first week a fix was applied by FitBit.  Tried moving to 2 & 3 fingers from wrist bone, tightening, loosening, re-booting, wearing no body lotions, etc.  Any ideas?

Hello @Yonka, It's nice to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! I was reading you are not seeing sleep stages in your sleep logs. This was an issue but has been already addressed. Please take a look at this post, it will provide you more details of this issue: (RESOLVED) 9/3 - Received Classic Sleep rather than Sleep Stages.

 

I would recommend to restart your app following my steps recommend here, in case the issue still persists.
