The first day I used my watch and phone, it tracked my walk, showed the map and also showed it on my PC. However, the second day, my walk was recorded, but no map. Now the walk has gone too, but Day 1 is still there. I have faffed around for hours and wasted my time. Is it too much to expect that a tech company could produce something that just works? There should be a refund system for time wasted by this app....
Anyone got any ideas how to make this thing work properly? I see I am not alone in having issues like this!

@crispyotter, am I correct in assuming that you used the app MobileRun option to track your walk? Am I also correct in assuming that one second day you used the Pause & Resume option during the walk? If so, that is the reason that the map was not saved. There are a number of posts in this forum about that bug, which has not yet been fixed.

Thank you for your answer. Yes, i did pause the app when I stopped for a chat with someone I know. I used it without issue tonight, but no pause! Thanks again - I will avoid the pause!
