@jamiew555, I am a little confused by your post - you indicate that the firmware on your Fitbit tracker updated, but now your app won't open. Those are two totally unrelated things. Do you mean that your Fitbit app updated, and not your tracker? If so, did you shut down your phone and restart it after the app updated?
