Charge 2 continually dropping sync on my Huawei p smart.

 Hi all, My fitbit  is continually dropping sync to my Huawei p smart Android phone. I have followed many online tutorials on the subject following recommended settings,but it still keeps happening daily.Can anybody please help a VERY frustrated user. Thanks B

I appreciate the troubleshooting performed prior to posting. I see where your frustration is coming from. 

 

Please make sure that your Huawei p smart is running Android OS 7.0 or higher, confirm that you've followed this syncing troubleshooting. Also, double check these tips for using the Fitbit app on your Android phone. 

 

I'd like to know if you receive any error message when trying to sync or how often your tracker stops syncing to your phone?
