Hi,
from three weeks is impossible to connect my FitBit Charge 2 with my phone.
The initial issue was that the FitBit didn't sync with the phone so I did the following attepts:
- unpaired the FitBit from app
- checked for FitBit in my device bluetooth device list
- tried to pair it again using the app -> fails, the app flow always stops on the "connecting" loading screen (so the FitBit is recognised but the flow stops in the next step without completion)
- removed the app from "battery safe" list and repeated the prev step -> failure
- tried to enable and disable the bluetooth on the phone and repeat the prev steps -> failure
- tried to restart the phone and repeat the prev steps -> failure
The phone is a Moto G(8) Power with Android 11
What am I missing?
Best regards

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @maurizioluch.
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 2. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.
To resolve issues during the set up process, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.
In addition, our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.52 iOS and 3.52.1 Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
Hope this helps.

Hi,
I tried the steps in your links but with no luck.
The current version of Fitbit app on the PlayStore is 3.52 (not 3.52.1), is it a problem? There aren't further updates.
Best regards,
CL

Thanks for your response, @maurizioluch.
If the 3.52 was the latest version available on the PlayStore, it shouldn't be a problem.
