Charge 2 exercise tracking dropping out

My device has been dropping off during bike rides- I start the tracker manually when I leave but when I stop and check it, it is not on. Sometimes it says I cycled for 1 minute, sometimes 10. Sometimes it auto recognises another period of cycling within my whole ride. So it is dropping in & out while I am riding. Is it dead??

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this uncommon situation, can you please clarify if the device is turning off in the middle of your exercise or is it just randomly stopping the activity? How many times you experienced this situation? Is this occurring with your biking exercise only or with all of your activities? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Charge 2 to refresh its performance and let me know if the issue persists.
