Charge 2 green lot is completely ON

Hi,

My charge 2 green light is completely on since 3 hours, I have tried to restart but it's light is still on. Also I have turned off heart rate feature after reading few suggestions from community posts, but it didn't work. Pleas support. I am in a need of immediate help!!
