I cant seem to log food or activities on my dashboard when using the app on my tablet,. I can enter on my computer. Where can I find a step by step guideline to entering data on the android app

In the app if you select the index card icon, top right on the screen, then scroll down to help. Select help then the next page will show an option for help articles. Enter your query and browse the answers. Always a good place to start. Then if you need further guidance or clarification usually someone here can help.
