my charge 2 has stopped working, stared with the clock not syncing with Samsung s7, then the tap was not responding, battery started draining and now it won't come on
It is frustrating...My wrist part of my Charge 2 works fine but I can not view anything online about my sleep amd activity ect. I have tried turning bluetooth on and off, restarted my cell even uninstalled gitbit and reinstalled. If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated...
@Ishana13 Make sure your battery has a decent charge, then try restart 3 times. Not sure if that will fix your problem but a good first step to try for most tracker problems.
Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
I feel your frustration. I chose to purchase a Fitbit instead or a Garmin , seems like it was not the right choice. Taking it back to the store i purchased it from today. My fitbit is not even 10 months old.!!!!!!!
Thanks. It must of been a glitch because my sister and 2 friends had theirs not working also. Mine fixed itself by 4pm that day. Thank you for your suggestions though.
