I have a Charge 2 with the latest firmware and the latest version of the Android app. My heart rate is showing on my Charge 2 but not on the Android app old dashboard. The new dashboard does not appear to even have a spot to display current heart rate, just resting bpm.

Best AnswerI just called support and I think we got it fixed. I'll have to see it keep working for a while longer to be sure but I think this is it. My issue was notifications. From my phone dashboard, I had to go to Devices, Charge 2, then to Notifications. I had one of the notifications turned off, forget if Calls or Text Messaging. But turning that on fixed it. I was explained that notifications is how it stays constantly connected to have the heart rate full-time.
Props to phone support. Both times I have called them, I have gotten someone to help me right away rather than a long wait for next available support person.

Hey there @JohnnyRow! This is pretty weird, let me help you out. Try logging out the app - force quit the app - reboot your mobile device and then logging back in.
Let me know how it goes!
Best AnswerI have the same problem and have tried to reset and restart but still doesn't work.

Did all that; even uninstalled the app, rebooted phone, reinstalled the app; still does not show bpm on app, new or old dashboard, though it does show on Charge 2.
Best AnswerI was just doing a walk on the treadmill, glanced at my phone and noticed it was displaying heart rate, and it continued to do so for a while after. But now it is gone.
