Charge 2 is not syncing

June 26 was last data sync. I have tried various 'tips' since to sync but no luck. Now it is not even on paired devices list and appears to be undiscovered after refresh. This is the same on all devices. This is unacceptable. I need a real solution.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having issues syncing your tracker? If you do, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.
