I have boost mobile and I have the Samsung J7 phone and I cannot get my Fitbit to recognize text or calls for some reason.

If you are having issues receiving your notifications, I recommend taking a look at the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and follow the instructions provide there.
