Charge 2 screen randomly went back to set up screen after over a year of using/owning it. I tried reseting 4 times. The app on my phone is up to date and shows no update for the firmware available. I am using a Samsung galaxy jpop phone. I am trying to avoid deleting the tracker and adding a new one if possible. Any suggestions?

Hi, @K4man! If it's on the setup screen, it means it's no longer paired to your account. You probably just need to add it again as a new tracker. You shouldn't have to delete it if it's not already linked to your account.
