Anyone else having troubles syncing their charge HR to their Samsung galaxy S8? My HR won't sync since November 10th. My charge HR says it is December 12. I've tried connecting the HR to the computer and resetting it and it never sync. I have clicked sync now and the wheel just turns and turns. Would love any help I can get!

That sounds very frustrating.
It is possible that the connection has been corrupted or something similar. In this case I'd recommend that you try to restart the connection between the two. Try following these steps to do so.

What happens when you try to run the setup process again? Do you get any sort of error message? What does it say?
Also, do you have any other device that you could try to use and sync?

Hello.Ive been trying to sync my fitbit hr to my samsung galaxy s8 for weeks now n its not even appearing on my bluetooth at all.Ive tried everything i could.Please help me find a solution.

That sounds very frustrating. Let me help you out.
In this case I'd recommend that you try going through the steps in this article to get your Fitbit to sync. Do remember that you need to use the Fitbit app to sync and not your phone's Bluetooth settings.

I have been having the same issue. I had to do a factory restart and it is syncing but not showing up on the bluetooth on my phone and I am not sure why.

Thanks for letting us know that you tried a factory restart get your Fitbit to sync.
The Fitbit shouldn't really show up in the Phone's Bluetooth settings. As long as it is syncing with the Fitbit app it should be okay and work without any hiccups.
