Hi, my charge 2 has worked perfectly fine for the several months I have had it, however, this week it has stopped syncing with my phone when using the run feature, it will start by linking with location services and after a few seconds it stops so I can't publish a GPS run and route anymore. I ha e the latest app version 2.88 and still doesn't work. Today, it has reset my steps from almost 15000 to just over 4000 and added steps to yesterday's number. My phone gets a GPS signal, connects and then the charge disconnects saying check app. All appears correct with app. Any Ideas? just getting back into running and don't want to have to buy a new running watch if this watch won't do what it should, not had it 12 months yet.

@Oharecr HI and Welcome - I am sure you have tried a few thing but can I direct you to the following which may give you a few more options/suggestions on how to resolve this fault
failing that you may have to contact the support desk/live chat
