Hi there
I have an account in the fitbit app my fitbit is not syncing and also it is not coming up as a paired component I have other Bluetooth devices within my fitbit app can I delete these out. Also how do i get my syncing working properly I have tried typing in a 4 digit code but my charge hr is not listed there.

@Green01 Hi and Welcome - firstly is it the basic charge hr you have or a newer version...has it been set up with the Fitbit site/app (added as new device) I have taken it to be the basic version for now and sorry to go back to basics but this unpack and set up tutorial my help a little this is solely mobile (if you have set up already on a PC let me know

if that has already been done are the other Bluetooth devices active within your account (ie alta, one, aria etc) or do you mean paired in your phone (ie headphones etc)
turn off Bluetooth then turn back on again and search it my come up after this also this article may give a few more suggestions
extra device if no longer used can be removed form the Fitbit account but as I understand it can only be done via the website and not the app, you can only add in the app or replace
