Charge 2, no map after update on walks

Hi, my wife's Charge 2  will not track progress on mapping screen.

Do not know if this is due to update issues or her new Android phone.

It worked okay on her iphone.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Hey @londoncabbie, awesome to see you have joined the Fitbit Community. My apologies to you and your wife for the late response. I'm wondering how it goes the issue with the Charge 2 of your wife is not mapping the exercise?

Don't forget to review if your wife's Fitbit app is updated to the most recent version. If you need to update the app and the version is not available, review at a later time. Usually new versions are gradually released until it became available to all our users.
