My charge 2 is no longer tracking steps or heart rate or sleep. It is not syncing on its own properly the time is constantly wrong. And it just says 0 steps 0 heart rate all day. I've done hard reset multiple times I reset phone. I got it for a gift Dec 2016 so it's 1.5 years old and over the 1 year warranty

Hello @Southernsunxo, great to have new faces in the Fitbit Community! My apologies for the late response to you question of why your Charge 2 is not longer tracking steps, heart rate or sleep.
I'm wondering how it goes so far? Is the issue still persisting? I saw you have tried multiples resets to your tracker and your phone. Is showing the same information regarding 0 steps and no heart rate on the screen of your tracker?
Don't forget to review if your Fitbit app is updated to the most recent version. If you need to update the app and the version is not available, review at a later time. Usually new versions are gradually released.
Certainly this issue is not normal and I would like to suggest to set up your tracker as a new devices on your Fitbit account. However, this only in case the issue continues. For more help this post, might give you a reference of the steps to follow.
Setting up your tracker again will reset the preference of your account and will help to address all the troubles, including steps, heart rate and the sleep recording; not excluding the time on your tracker.
