Hi @NewSusieD, great to see you are new in the Fitbit Community, welcome aboard! I'm sorry for responding late to your question of why you are not longer see the MobileTrack feature on your Motorola G4.
I was reading you don't have the option to choose Mobiletrack again? Is this correct?
I'm wondering if you have changed mobile phones recently or the MobileTrack feature was enable in a different phone? MobileTrack is an option that is not available in all mobile devices and if the option is not available in your Motorola G4, this will explain the feature is not supported.
Motorola G4 is a phone not listed as compatible. Despite this is not an statement that the Fitbit app will not be supported, many features will present unexpected behaviors or are not entirely confirmed that will be supported.
If you were able to use the option of MobileTrack on this phone before, don't forget to review if your Fitbit app is updated to the most recent version. If you need to update the app and the version is not available, review at a later time. Usually new versions are gradually released.
See you later and hope this helps.
