Hello @Cinnamongirl309, awesome to see new faces in the Fitbit Community. I'm sorry for the late response to your question regarding your Alta HR is not recognizing your outdoor bike.

I'm wondering how if the issue persists and if you have tried on your own some steps to address this issue?

If the issue continue, the best to try here is to perform a restart: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Keep in mind, the SmartTrack feature rely on you motion pattern. To be specific SmartTrack recognizes activities based on the continuous movement of your arms. Sometimes, motions such as placing your arms on the bar of a treadmill, or pushing a stroller while you walk, may interrupt SmartTrack. Additionally, stopping in the middle of an exercise may interrupt the activity tracking.

Hope this helps. Catch you later if you have other questions.
