My daily stats are showing for today, but when I click on any of the stats I see an empty page saying no measurements. They were there yesterday. Does anybody else have this issue? Thanks.

Thank you. I restarted the phone and some of the stats have reappeared. I guess I'll just give it time. Thanks for the reply.

@Chandrika, mine did the same thing this morning. I pressed the Back button and re-opened the screen and it reloaded with all of the information. A couple hours later it did the same thing. Apparently there is a delay in downloading the data from the Fitbit server.

Good to see you again in this occasion @Greenwood6024. It is possible a delay to download your data from our servers. Although if the issue persists everytime you open your stats I would like to recommend the following steps:
Please log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
This should do the trick. Let me know how it goes!

How do you clear app cache and data? Then how do you force stop?

Hello everyone!
@helenathepain Welcome to the forums. I will gladly show you how to clear cache storage on your device and how to force stop an app.
In order to clear cache of an app, you open the settings on your Android smartphone. Go to Apps. There you have a list of the installed apps on your phone. Usually alphabetically ordered. Search for the Fitbit app and tap on it and then on "storage". There you have the option to clear cache.
In order to force stop an app, you just need to close it. You open the "recent apps" feature on your device, which shows you the last apps you opened in some sort of windows. When you swipe the apps away, they are being force stopped.
Have a nice day!

@F1aming0 try checking out the iOS app section. These are instructions for Android phones not iPhones.

@Lilbiddy Thanks for your input.
@F1aming0 Welcome to the forums. No worries. It is best if you check the iOS threads, since this is the Android board. However, I assume you are reaching out since the app is showing "no measurements".
Please take a look at the following thread in the iOS board: Graphs show "no measurements" instead of data. This actually has already been reported and Fitbit is working on a solution. Wait for the next app update. If you want to discuss the situation further, please proceed in that thread.
Have a nice day!
