@BillieM,   Charge 3?  Do you know something we don't?

What happens when you put the Charge 2 on the charger cable connected to a working USB port? What does the display show?   Have you tried restarting the Charge 2 three times following the instructions in this help article, How do I restart my tracker?

A warm welcome to the Community @BillieM and @USAF-Larry thanks for stopping by.

If your Charge 2 is not charging, I recommend doing the following:

1. Clean the charging contacts on the back of your Fitbit, since over time the contacts can accumulate dirt and debris that prevents them from making a good connection to the charger. Use a toothpick or toothbrush to clean the charging contacts; do not scrape them with anything metal because this can damage the plating and result in corrosion.

2. If you haven't done so, try a different port. A UL-certified wall charger will also work. Don't use a USB hub.

3. Check the alignment and try reconnecting your tracker to the charging cable.

4. Restart your Charge 2 by doing the following:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display. Your Charge 2 will begin charging.
  4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for four seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, this means the tracker has restarted.
  5. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
