I had a charge 2 which I replaced. Just tried to find my new pebble (i have removed the last one from my bluetooth). I have restarted the pebble multiple times but when it asks for pairing code (which is only occasionally) no number appears on the pebble. I removed the last charge 2 from my Fitbit app and updated the app and restarted my phone also...not sure what else I can do

Hi @Jlayhe, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for the steps that you've tried prior posting. I'm sorry that you're having this experience, and I'll help you out with this. I've verified that your Samsung Galaxy S8+ is a supported device. Although you've tried some steps, please give a try to the following in the given order:
- Uninstall the Fitbit app from your phone.
- Turn off the Bluetooth from any device nearby, including your phone.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app and reboot your phone one more time.
- Turn on the Bluetooth just in your phone.
- Plug your Charge 2 into the charging cable.
- Open the Fitbit app, tap on the Account icon and then on setup a device.
- Choose the Charge 2 and follow the onscreen instructions.
Let me know how it goes this time.
