Charge 2 was previously working fine together with my Nokia 8 when it had Android 8.1. Now it is more than 7 months ago that I updated my Nokia 8 to Android 9. The sync with my Charge 2 stopped working, and Fitbit still doesn't have a solution for this. Does anybody solve this in any way? I have the feeling that Fitbit doesn't care about there customers....

Let me share with you that the Nokia 8 is not currently listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you may experience certain connection difficulties with it. I'm aware that some users are able to use non-compatible devices with our Fitbit products, however, we cannot ensure a proper function of all its features due to this compatibility concern. Therefore, even though your new mobile device is not compatible, lets give it a try to our help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
If by any chance you're still unable to use your Fitbit with your mobile device, I suggest you to try syncing your Fitbit with a compatible device or with your computer to avoid this situation
