Hi there @trisje, good to have you around in the Fitbit Community. My apologies for the late response, I was reading your Charge 2 is not syncing again.
How it goes so far? Is the issue still persisting? I would recommend to review if the app is in the most recent version. There has been a new update that might give you some help to improve the stability at the moment to sync. For more details please review this post.
If the issue continues, give it a try to this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Hope this helps and let me know if you have other questions.

Hi @trisje, good to see you around in the Fitbit Community! My apologies for the late response, I was reading your tracker is not syncing and the app always shows the sync is scheduled.
You mentioned that you tried all the recommendations, so only as a matter of review, I will share the following article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
However, I would like to review the version of your Fitbit app. There has been a few releases that might give you some extra help to sync your tracker. This updates will improve the stability of the Fitbit app. For more details please refer to this post.
one external factor worth to mention, is the OnePlus 5 is not listed as compatible. Review this information to learn more: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Hope this helps and stay tuned for more help.

Hello @trisje, I'm sorry for responding you until now. I appreciate you have shared with me the feedback of the late experienced you have gone through with your Charge 2. I have merged also your topics, I found in our Android board to keep the focus of your concern in our forums.
If a device isn’t listed it doesn’t mean it won’t work with a Fitbit tracker or smartwatch. We routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit App, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models.
A majority of Android phones running version 4.4 or higher will work with our products, however we cannot guarantee optimal performance on devices for which we have not tested and confirmed compatibility.
If the issue continue, there has been new update releases and I'm sure you have already these updates. Perhaps restarting the app, will improve the functionality of the app: Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. (This may vary depending of the Android device and the OS version)
Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
Hope this helps and rest assure we are constantly working to add more compatible devices.
