 No stepare being counted. Ive reset 3 times already..  in Ireland.... is anyone else have issue?

Hi there @Caroline1206, Let me give you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community!

 

You did good in trying to restart your tracker, however are you doing any exercise in particular that involves more that steps (Tennis, Yoga), or this is just a regular walk? Also I'm wondering if your steps are showing on your tracker' screen or the issue is at the moment to sync with your Dashboard?
