First of all my fitbit has a crack going just down across it secondly i dont get text and call notifications anymore and now it does not count somw of my steps and its not cync with my phone. I am using Samsung A5

@Pando Hi and Welcome - ok for your cracked screen issue depending on how old your device is either take it back to where you purchased it from or if purchased via Fitbit then I would suggest you give customer support a call the phone number will appear once the office is open (usually 0800 - 1900 Mon-Fri and 1000 - 1700 weekends in the UK)
This is for the UK but should you need to change country scroll to the bottom and look for United Kingdom with a down arrow next to it and click on the arrow now you can select your relevant country and the page will refresh
for the Text and notifications etc you will have to allow this both through phone and app please give my 1st post a try in the following link (pending on how you have you system set it is the longest one) - it has a lot of information https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-2/Fit-Notifications-App-vs-Fitbit-settings/td-p/2894238
and finally if you have the latest App Version downloaded there are issues with that at present that are being looked into please follow the below link for updates should they be posted
