I received a replacement charge 2 and it wont pair with my samsung s7 or s8 phones. I have tried with both. The device is charged and on but my phone does not connect to it. I have tried to reinstall the app, restarted Bluetooth etc. and it doesnt work. Please assist.
Note that I successfully removed my old charge 2 so there is no device paired on my account currently.

Let me help you figure out what is going on. Thanks for sharing all of the steps that you have tried to get your Charge 2 pair with both of your phones.
In this case, I'd like to recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. While you have already tried some of those steps, please go through all of them in the order that they show up.
