I got the Fitbit Charge 3 at the weekend and have managed to pair it with my phone - my phone tells me my exercise, sleep, etc but I'm not getting any text, email or phone notifications on the Fitbit despite all notification boxes being ticked.

Let me help you figure out what is going on with the notifications. Glad to read that everything else seems to be working correctly.

 

Let's try to follow all of the steps listed in this help article. They should help so that the notifications come through. Be sure to check that all of the permissions are turned on in the phone settings too.
