I know my fit bit charge 2 is not compatible with hauwei p30 lite(found this out after I bought it) what can I do it won't pair during setup

Thanks for taking the time to investigate about your Huawei P30 Lite compatibility, as well for the information provided. Let me share that our team works on the Fitbit app so it can be optimized and work on multiple phone's models. While there isn't a guarantee that it'll work, we can still try some troubleshooting steps to setup your Charge 2. Please give a try to the following in the given order:

 

  1. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby. This is just for this process.
  2. On your phone's settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  3. Go back, tap on force stop and allow the Fitbit app to run on the background.
  4. Make sure the Do Not Disturb and the Battery Saving Mode settings are off.
  5. Reboot your phone and restart your Charge 2.
  6. Open the Fitbit app and try the set up process one more time.
