I have just ordered the versa 2,i have been looking on the Internet, and a lot of comments saying that the watch is not comparable with the phone?

Any help would be appreciated.

Congrats for ordering the new Fitbit Versa 2. Thank you for your question about the compatibility with Huawei mate 10 pro.

 

Eventhough your cellphone is not part of the list of compatible devices, many users are able to sync and receive notifications. Our team is constantly adding new products to the list. At the moment, there is no information about what devices will be added but we recommend constantly monitoring the list for updates.

 

If you ever experience difficulties to transfer your data, you can follow some troubleshooting steps on the articles Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? or Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

In addition, you can always sync with a computer.
