Charge 2 not showing text message content

When I receive a text message, my charge 2 used to show me the person it was from as well as the beginning part of the message itself. Lately I've noticed that it only shows me who it's from but does not show me any of the actual content. Is there something I can do to try to fix this? I already tried rebooting the device by holding down the button while it was connected to the charger. I also tried turning off text message notifications and turning them back on but that didn't seem to help either. I'm not sure what else to try. Thanks.

This seems to be a known bug that fitbit are investigating. Keep an eye on the following thread where they are making updates on progress:
