Have tried to connect by Bluetooth and the Charge 2 won't connect. So tried to do a factory reset and was unable to get the factory reset to work. So frustrating 😡

Hello @Grammi62
Make sure you have deleted Charge 2 from your phone's Bluetooth settings
1. log out of the Fitbit App
2. Restart your phone
3. Restart your Charge 2:
4. Place Your Charge 2 in the charger near your router as you will be using WIFI to download the firmware
5. Open Fitbit app and log in
6. Tap profile picture then scroll down and tap Set Up A Device, it will ask you if you want to replace the old Charge 2 ….say yes
7. Now just Follow the instructions on the screen.
