I've had a few Fitbits, I'm currently using a Versa 2, and Android app.
I've been tracking food for 2 years and earlier this week I lost everything before April 2021, I checked the forums they said log out, restart your phone. I did and then I lost everything but the past month. So I updated the app and everything but the last week is gone. It's not even on the website dashboard. Grrrr, I'm so angry, I use these logs for food allergy tracking and weight loss they've been very helpful but now they're all gone. Where did they go? How do I get them back?

Thanks for the details shared and troubleshooting performed. Did you log the food on the Fitbit app itself or is it food logged from another app (like MyFitnessPal)? All the food logged through the Fitbit app shouldn't be erased as this is not an expected behavior, but if the food was logged from another app, it could be that the other app is not syncing with Fitbit and for that reason the food disappeared.

I recently had a similar experience. I logged food for 6/12/22. I could see the items and calories listed under breakfast, Lunch etc. But the cal left in budget was not updated. So I installed the latest firmware version 35.72.1.19. Logged out then back in on the android app. When I returned to the items logged on 6/12/22 only 2 of at least 10 items remained in the log. How can I retrieve those items?
