Why does this keep happening? Can't you guys come up with a fix that works for longer than a few weeks? Without the sync to my phone, I don't get the sync to Myfitnesspal to know if I can add calories for the day or not. Very frustrating!!!!

Hi there @Blade0854, good to see you around in the Fitbit Community! I was reading your post and I can assume you have experienced the syncing issues in other occasions. Usually syncing issues are related to the connectivity of Bluetooth between your tracker and your phone. So my recommendation in the meantime is to review the following post for more help: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).
Let me know what you have tried so far to address this issue. Perhaps there is something additional we can try in the post I have shared.
