I'm seeing lots of other posts about this issue so I'm wondering if the new firmware is the reason for it? Charge 2 was able to sync with my ipad but my android phone (galaxy s7) is saying "tracker not found" when I sync. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app and turned bluetooth oft and on.

Hello @trumpetgirl, good to see you here in the Fitbit Community one more time! I saw this issue with a different user. Is this issue happening when your iPad is near your Android phone?
Whit the previous user, this was the issue. The signal was from the iPad was interfering to sync with the phone. As a workaround it would not hurt to try this if is the case.
Also you can try the steps from this post for more help: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).
See you later and keep me posted how it goes.
