2 Fitbits (Flex 2 and Flex) discrepancy in sync

When I synced my 2 fit bits at the end of a very busy day I had 700 steps on my Flex 2 and 9500 on my flex. When the app synced both it went down to 200 steps!!!! Not happy. It happens every time now, it doesn't add up. Haven't had a firmware update. Same with my partners' fitbits (Charge and Charge 2) had 15,000 steps, went down to 11,000. She has had a firmware update

Hello @Scablifter73, good to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! I was reading your post this is not an expected behavior. This issue was reported before in the Flex 2 board but as today, this issue was already resolved. Please refer to this post for more details: RESOLVED: Lost steps when syncing multiple trackers.

 

If the issue is happening try to remove one of your tracker and try to sync your exercise to see if the same behavior is happening. Also setting up your tracker again in your account might help to resolved this issue. For more help you can use this post.

 

In addition you can also combined the following steps:

 

Please log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
