For some reason my charge 2 is not syncing with my app - a notification keeps popping up sayisa Bluetooth needs turning off and on again. Despite doing this it still won't sync. I've tried deleting and repairing my charge 2, as well as deleting and reinstalling the app,neither of which have worked. Any suggestions?

I'm having the same problem. Support has now offered me a replacement. I don't think the tracker is the problem.
I will wait this out a bit .

This happens from time to time with this App. The support person offered me a replacement, which seemed pointless, because the tracker works well. So I waited a few days, re-installed the app, re-connected the tracker, and it's fine. I have an Android phone, and this may be part of the problem.
Family members with Iphones had some problems for a few months before everything settled down, but have not had any issues since. I borrowed an old Iphone for awhile and the app seemed more stable during that time.
This time I was getting messages about bluetooth not connecting, nothing helped with that. Just buggy software, esp with Android.

I am trying to get my Charge 2 to Sync with my Weight Watchers app. I have tried everything for months now! Yet I cannot seem to make contact with a rep for my Fitbit to help me out until the issue is resolved.
l read in one forum that the Charge 2 is not on the list to Sync with Weight Watchers. Yet it shows that WW is compatible with the Charge2.
The reason I bought the Charge2 was I wanted to Sync it and WW together. Please, can anyone help me?
