I had a new samsung phone and all my apps were transferred over but my charge 2 fit bit will no longer sync?

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn’t still have a connection to the tracker in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone

I recommend you to take in consideration the helpful information that was shared by our friend @SteveH. Then, because you're using a new phone, please check how the syncing procedure works here to see if there's a missing requirement that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed,
