My charge 2 failing to sync sometimes with phone but OK on my tablet

Hello @Judymair! 

 

Let me help you out with your Charge 2.

 

It is possible that your Charge 2 bonded with your app and that would prevent it from syncing with your phone. I'd recommend that you try to turn the tablet's Bluetooth off to get it to sync to your phone, or turn the tablet off completely. If the bonded device is not around, or if off, then the Fitbit should sync without any hiccups.
