I have been trying to sync off and on for the last couple hours. Android phone. No problems til today. Have had Charge 2 since January and Charge HR (which I don't use any more) for over a year before that. Is it me or you? Any suggestions?

My Charge 2 is syncing fine so I'm not sure it's a general problem.
The best thing to try when you have syncing issues is a restart of the fitbit using this procedure:

The Charge 2 can hold 7 days of data between syncs so there is still some time to fix the problem before you start to lose data.
