I have had my Charge 2 for 7 months. Love it! The last few days, I noticed it would not sync. I have tried it on 3 different Android devices and still no sync. I deleted my Charge 2 and tried to set it up as a new device, and during setup, it can not find it.
What's my problem? Help!

It might be that your Charge 2 needs a restart using this procedure:

Give it a few tries though as it's known to not always work.

Best Answer@Amekohler you made need to go to your Fitbit app in your phone's app store an manually update your app because when my Fitbit wouldn't sync it was because my app wasn't updated and I didn't know my phone didn't automatically update the app for me. And I was running on a very old version.
