Hi, I'm having trouble syncing my charge 2 to my phone. When I try it keeps saying that the device can't be found despite being right next to each other. I've just tried resetting the fitbit but it still won't sync. Bluetooth etc on my phone are turned on and I can't see any obvious reason why it won't sync. Can anyone help?

Can't help I'm afraid but I'm having the same issue with a replacement device I've been sent. Followed all the instructions I've had on 2 separate emails and still not pairing ... driving me insane!!
